Avionics Technician
Summary
Modify, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness. We have multiple openings for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area.
Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wire diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents from both the client and Greenpoint.
Modify, repair, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized area of aircraft.
Properly utilize and maintain Avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations.
Accurately document work performed as set forth by Greenpoint and customer maintenance programs daily using the standard format. Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
Fabricate wire bundles and assemblies per drawings and standard practices to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors.
Troubleshoot issues, replace, or repair parts, test, making necessary adjustments.
Operate ground support equipment e.g. GPUs, Hi-Reach, etc. as required.
Operate test equipment e.g. Pitot Static Cart, Navigation test sets, etc. as required.
Help with general clean-up of work area.
Responsible for accurately clocking to jobs.
Regular and prompt attendance.
Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers.

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification

Director, Digital Strategy & Project Optimization
Summary
Director, Digital Strategy & Project Optimization leads the effort to unify and optimize project management for aircraft prototyping by integrating all critical functions at enterprise level - estimating, quoting, program management, design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, installation, quality and certification - into a single, streamlined and integrated operational business system. This role is pivotal in driving strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, focusing on process improvement and business transformation, for delivering projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality with minimal non-value-added work.
This Business and Operational position requires a deep understanding of standard software processes to ensure alignment with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial and Operations), Project management tools (ADEACA PBA and Microsoft Project), Part 145 Installation (ProMRO) and Engineering software suite (Autodesk PLM/Vault/CAD/CAM, etc.). The goal is to leverage these tools effectively without unnecessary custom modifications, using standard configurations already anticipated in each software package.
Leads and influences an extensive matrix team with clear and open lines of communication across all departments, including up to the Senior Management team. Ensures that all projects operate within a single resource planning and scheduling system, reducing fragmentation through the integrated application of digital technologies and enabling real-time collaboration and execution efficiency with real-time data and optimized processes.

Develops and implements a unified digital strategy that integrates all project functions into a single, real-time, connected and integrated workflow.
Leads process improvement initiatives that eliminate siloed operations and ensure seamless, optimized and integrated collaboration across departments.
Ensures adequate adoption of standard processes within our business applications (ERP, PBA, PLM, Manufacturing systems, etc.) by avoiding unnecessary custom modifications and optimizing tools utilization.

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification

Human Resources Manager
Summary
The Human Resources Manager is an experienced leader who can manage all employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compensation thereby ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including the Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol program. This role leads a team of talented Human Resources professionals.
Greenpoint has around 400 employees and 200 contingent workers spread across three Washington sites (Marysville, Moses Lake and Bothell) and one Texas site (Denton). Greenpoint is opening a new site in San Antonio, TX in 2025.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of Human Resources Services:
Enabling a new San Antonio site opening in 2025 and quickly growing to 110+ workers.
Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
Employee Relations including conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, terminations, ensuring compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company Policies; and promoting a positive work environment.
Prepare for and participate in audits.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems including annual and mid-year reviews; provide feedback and coaching to employees.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
Training and Development: Organize and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including the DOT Drug and Alcohol program requirements.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover and absenteeism.
Keeps management appropriately informed of Facility activities and of any significant/potential problems.

DOT Drug and Alcohol Program Responsibilities:
Program Management: As the Designated Employee Representative, oversee the implementation and management of the DOT Drug and Alcohol program, ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations.
Testing Coordination: Coordinate drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive employees, including pre-employment, random, post-accident, and return-to-duty testing.
Training: Provide training for supervisors and employees on DOT drug and alcohol testing procedures and policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain confidential records of all drug and alcohol testing results and related documentation.
Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Coordination: Work with SAPs to facilitate the evaluation and treatment of employees who violate drug and alcohol policies.
Reporting: Submit required reports to the DOT and other regulatory agencies as needed.
