THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Outbound Intelligence Intern to our Client Sales team in São Paulo!


As an Outbound Intelligence Intern, you will support the leadership team in coordinating the demand generation process, focusing on the global Outbound Intelligence team. This role will work closely with the team leader to ensure strong data-driven management for outbound activities.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Collaborate closely with the team leader and BDRs (Business Development Representatives) to coordinate Wellhub's prospecting process.
  • Build and manage the contacts and accounts lists for the BDRs to reach out to.
  • Create reports to track global BDRs' productivity metrics.
  • Ensure data consistency (manual updates and automation management). 
  • Manage A/B tests to improve cadence success rates.
  • Work closely with the team to support Outbound Intelligence globally (Salesforce and Salesloft) – answering questions, supporting best practices, process execution, and handling configurations.
  • Partner with leaders to identify process bottlenecks and improvement points, and collaborate on action plans to implement necessary changes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office at least twice a week (Our office is located in Berrini).
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Advertising or related fields, with an expected graduation date from June 2026 onwards. 
  • Availability to work 6 hour per day. 
  • Availability for an internship contract of at least one year. 
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. 
  • You are passionate about sales, data, technology, and promoting wellbeing. 
  • A natural hunter, you’re eager to learn and find the best tools and hacks to build the perfect list for an outbound approach.
  • Process- and methodology-oriented, you’re excited to invest the next 3-5 years in becoming a demand generation specialist.
  • You love analyzing data and deriving actionable insights for the business.
  • You are an organized person who values staying on top of things. 
  • Curious and investigative, you understand the importance of gathering the necessary data and information to support your arguments and find better ways to get things done.
  • Focused and tech-savvy, you enjoy applying logic and AI to optimize processes.
