THE OPPORTUNITY

The Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager role sits within the Partnerships Mexico organization at Wellhub. This area is responsible for driving the growth and performance of our partner network across the country, including gyms, studios, and other wellness providers. Its mission is to ensure partners achieve sustainable success on our platform through strong commercial strategies, effective negotiations, and consistent operational support.The Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager will be accountable for managing and developing a team focused on delivering best-in-class success to our partners, as well as signing new partnerships in the country. In addition to leading the team, this role will also directly manage key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving the overall performance of high-impact partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager will contribute to strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of processes that maximize partner satisfaction, operational excellence, and business results.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Provide direct leadership and coaching to the team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Manage team operations, including workload redistribution and effective conflict resolution, to ensure balanced capacity and execution.
  • Define and ensure clear execution of goals and KPIs aligned with the global Partnership strategy.
  • Lead pipeline and performance reviews to monitor team output, identify gaps, and implement immediate course-correction strategies.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex operational and relationship issues involving Tier 1-4 partners, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Maintain continuous and clear communication with internal and executive leadership
  • Serve as the primary interface for cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Clients and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and advocate for partner needs.
  • Elevate overall partner satisfaction, drive financial performance, and ensure operational consistency across the Tier 1-4 portfolio.
  • Proficiency in performance management systems and platforms, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Tableau, and internal performance dashboards.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data from performance dashboards to inform coaching and strategic decisions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven prior experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Sales roles managing high-value accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for global communication and stakeholder management.
  • Expert proficiency in key platforms, including Salesforce (CRM), Zendesk (Support/Service), and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, such as Tableau, Metabase.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting dashboards is essential.
  • Proactivity, sense of urgency, organization, teamwork
