- Support ODM opportunity intake, prioritization, and portfolio decision-making by bringing clarity to timing, cost, feasibility, and readiness trade-offs.
- Drive integrated program timelines and critical path milestones across internal teams to keep projects moving at pace.

- Maintain visibility to commercialization readiness, sell-in readiness, and handoff into supply execution.
- Ensure internal readiness for launch by closing gaps that could delay product setup, customer readiness, shipment timing, or revenue recognition.
- Support clear program reporting, milestone tracking, and leadership visibility across the ODM pipeline.
Cost, Margin & Feasibility Alignment
- Partner with Finance and Sourcing to validate cost and margin targets for assigned programs.
- Surface cost, MOQ, tooling, feasibility, and timeline trade-offs early to support sound business decisions.

Quality & Compliance Coordination
- Partner with Hasbro QA teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance requirements are defined early and built into program plans.
- Coordinate internal issue resolution and corrective action follow-up with the appropriate functions.
