We are looking for a commercially driven and highly analytical Sales & Business Analyst to support and elevate our Walmart business. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, transforming data into actionable insights that drive performance across sell-in, sell-out, and inventory.

You will play a key role in enhancing visibility, improving efficiency through automation, and proactively identifying growth opportunities across categories, brands, and channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of commercial performance
  • Analyze key business metrics (sell-in, sell-out, inventory and operational KPIs) to identify risks and unlock opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making at customer, category, and store level
  • Identify opportunities in distribution, pricing/promotion strategies, availability, and inventory management
  • Monitor category performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the product portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Support commercial planning by providing inventory-informed purchase flow recommendations
  • Track and manage purchase orders, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in analytical roles within commercial environments (FMCG, retail, entertainment or similar)
  • Experience working with Walmart (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Knowledge of SAP / EDI (a plus)
  • Intermediate to advanced English
