Your Role
We’re looking for an intern to join our Marketing team and support a variety of initiatives that help drive Hudl’s global presence in sports technology. This role will give you hands-on experience in a busy, multi-functional B2B team.
In this role, you’ll gain experience with:
-
Sales enablement. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining sales enablement materials, managing marketing campaign calendars, and assisting with content creation across multiple channels (e.g., blogs, newsletters and social media posts).
-
Collaboration. You’ll work with colleagues across different departments and be trusted to take ownership of tasks that contribute to our overall strategy.
-
Innovation. Part of your time will be dedicated to learning new skills, exploring creative marketing approaches, and making an impact across the team.
-
Analysis. You’ll assist in tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics. Using those insights, you’ll help ensure alignment between Marketing, Sales and other departments.
This role requires at least three days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Leeds.
Must-Haves
- Recent graduate or student. You’re pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Sports tech enthusiast. You’re passionate about sports and technology.
- Responsible. You take ownership of your duties, have experience meeting expectations and know how to raise red flags when you see them.
- Strong communication skills. You’re a strong writer, and you know how to dig for details.
- Driven. You aren't afraid of hard work and hands-on learning. You’re curious about making things better and are prepared to provide solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Organized. You identify with your work—you’re restless without tasks on your to-do list. You have a list of finished projects that you can look back on with pride.
- Digital-savvy. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, and/or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, email marketing) would be a plus.
- A team player. You enjoy working as part of a team and can collaborate well with others to get things done. You’re also happy to pick up tasks when necessary to help the team.
- Lifelong learner. You’re eager to shadow senior colleagues and take on more responsibility over time.
Our Role
- Ask you to make an impact. You’re part of the team—that means you’ll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We’ve invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
- Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
- Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.
