About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Product Marketing, Technology Solutions Vice President to join the Marketing and Communications (MCO) organization and collaborate with Product, Sales, Technology, International, and other teams. This role will own the narrative and storytelling for key audiences supporting iCapital’s Tech Solutions. This individual will leverage their deep marketing expertise and audience understanding to devise marketing plans and collaborate with adjacent teams to create and execute engaging and informative campaigns that resonate. The marketing plans will align with business goals, including driving awareness, engagement, and commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product teams and business stakeholders to understand product truths and business contexts, driving alignment on messaging and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the Marketing and Communications team to scale storytelling and content across various channels; digital, events, web, etc.
- Set success criteria, measure impact, and evolve strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Develop a variety of content; (e.g., blogs, event videos, whitepapers, pitch decks, etc.) that convey the full value of iCapital Tech Solutions.
- Break down complex concepts into clear, concise, and meaningful narratives for key audiences.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably within the technology or financial technology industries
- Demonstrated experience in launching successful services, solutions or products
- Experience in technology, working closely with engineering and marketing partners to launch new software products and/or features in a commercial environment
- Experience with different marketing functions (events, web, digital, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different technical audiences and formats
- Strong analytical abilities, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target demographics
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with various internal departments and external stakeholders
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $210,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday. This role can sit in our NY, NY office or our Greenwich, CT office.
