About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Senior Vice President to join the iCapital Solutions Structured Investments team. This role will lead the strategy and development of iCapital’s international expansion initiatives. The iCapital Solutions team develops and manages the technology platform experience with many of iCapital’s largest clients, including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs throughout the United States. This individual will be responsible for expanding the international capabilities across existing clients and distributors, as well as expanding into new countries.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the firm’s overarching strategy aimed at supporting and expanding the Structured Investments business line.
- Develop new and existing relationships with investment banks, third-party distributors, and distribution partners to advance the product category for the company.
- Maintain synchronization across various industry groups to deliver a robust platform solution addresses key stakeholders needs.
- Take ownership of projects and provide strong analytical support to teammates.
- Develop presentations with significant data and analysis for internal meetings and projects.
- Work alongside the Client Solutions team to develop meaningful measurements of success.
- Work with internal technical partners to create a product offering that meets the needs of our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience in a trading/business development/relationship management in the Structured Investments market ideally with relationships overseas
- Series 7 and 63 certifications
- Series 24 is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients
- Excellent organizational skills
- Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $230,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
