Executive Assistant

This role sits within ICONIQ’s venture & growth team, which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world. The Executive Assistant will support a General Partner and Principal on the investment team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage complex, high-volume calendars and proactively coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, often on short notice.
• Maintain and track data in Salesforce, including logging meetings and action items.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other assistants and team members at all levels of the firm.
• Implement systems that enhance administrative processes and increase team efficiency.
• Prepare and submit timely expense reports.
• Provide occasional off-hours support as needed.
• Support special projects and operational tasks as requested.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Experience juggling multiple calendars and managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, with a problem-solving mindset and strong time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
• Professional presence and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $125,000-$140,000 with the benefits listed above.
