Role Overview
ID.me is looking for a Senior IT Administrator - Corporate Platforms to join our IT team in our McLean, VA headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing corporate SaaS platforms, such as Atlassian Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and others. You will work closely with other departments to support them through identifying their needs, and performing complex customizations and setups. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, integrate and maintain various org-wide corporate platforms
- Perform administration, configuration, and technical support for Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian Suite tools
- Administer Google Workspace, including user management, security settings, and application integrations
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, propose and implement changes to ensure corporate tools are tailored to increase productivity, efficiency, and support business needs
- Establish and follow a risk reduction strategies when performing complex configuration changes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and best practices for every system
- Monitor and analyze system performance and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement
- Streamline platform lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, ensure appropriate data ownership and data transition across managed platforms
- Partner with Security and GRC to ensure SaaS platforms are configured in compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Conduct comprehensive research on existing and emerging platforms relevant to the business. Validate applicability and benefits of new platforms and technologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new approved platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on managing corporate platforms
- Expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace administration
- Experience with Zoom administration and configuration is a plus
- Familiarity with Lucidchart and other Lucid applications is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability and passion for innovation and creative problem solving
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional, Google Workspace Administrator, Zoom Certified Administrator) are a plus.
