Role Overview
ID.me is seeking a results-driven Sr. Analyst, FP&A to join our fast-paced growing Finance team. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, FP&A or Dir, FP&A, this role will perform financial analysis and play a key role in forecasting the company’s financial and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, analytical rigor and great attention to detail, and will enjoy rolling up their sleeves and being part of an innovative culture where they can make something better everyday.
Responsibilities
- Revenue forecasting, including maintaining segment-level forecasting models, ad hoc customer research, and coordination with Rev Ops & Customer Success
- Expense forecasting, including coordination with key functional leaders and Accounting
- Support annual and quarterly Corporate planning cycle to develop and maintain Annual Plan and quarterly Running Forecasts
- Coordination with other functions (such as Rev Ops, HR, Product / Product Ops, Member Support, Engineering, etc.) to enable headcount / expense approvals
- Coordination with Accounting, Fin Ops, and Procurement for monthly close processes and budget variance analysis
- Maintenance of reporting and forecast versions via forecasting tools in Finance tech stack
- Support for other FP&A responsibilities as needed in the areas of forecasting and reporting (including but not limited to COGS forecasting, hiring tracking, and commissions forecasting)
Ideal Qualifications
The qualifications below are ideal, but not all are required. We encourage candidates to apply if they satisfy some, but not all of the qualifications.
- 3+ years of experience working in SaaS / technology FP&A (or similar experience for a professional services organization)
- Strong Microsoft Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction from management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with forecasting tools (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field

Note that candidates must be located in either New York City or Mountain View and be willing to spend 4-5 days in office and travel up to 10% of the time.
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
