Role Overview
As the Director of Commercial ID, you will lead a team of Account Executives executing ID.me's go-to-market strategy for major commercial clients in finance, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare sectors. You'll build and develop a high-performing team with technical expertise to address complex identity challenges in the market. Your role involves developing strategies to grow partnerships by influencing digital transformation efforts and creating best-in-class solutions with key stakeholders. Success for our partners includes increased digital access rates, enhanced fraud prevention, improved customer experience, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on commercial market revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration to close deals
- Drive the entire sales development and solution delivery process, managing your territory as your own business
- Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position ID.me's industry-leading solutions in this large, untapped market
- Manage complex sales cycles from initiation to completion with proven revenue attainment
- Develop strategic partner relationships while leveraging relevant network opportunities
- Create cross-functional relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage through data with accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast reporting

- Proven Sales Leader with consistent record of driving teams to exceed quotas and plans

- Track record selling complex solutions in competitive markets
- Analytical problem-solver who uses metrics to measure team performance and identify improvements

Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in sales leadership
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in economics, engineering, or another quantitative field
- Experience managing team quotas of $15M-$30M
- Consistent team quota attainment over multiple years
- Experience selling to finance, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare sectors
- Identity or SaaS background (preferred)
- Domain expertise in target sectors (preferred)
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

Pay Range
$180,000 - $210,000 USD
