Your Role at Impact:
As a Marketplace Growth Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our vertical email digest strategy—helping us connect affiliate marketers with the most relevant brand programs and products across high-growth verticals such as Travel, Health, Lifestyle, Kids/Toys/Moms, Fitness, and Electronics.
This is a paid 6-month internship with the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and your long-term interest. You’ll work closely with our content, marketing, and partnerships teams to build curated, data-informed newsletters that drive discovery, engagement, and revenue in our affiliate marketplace.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and vertical-specific industry research—all while growing into a subject matter expert in one or more of our strategic verticals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow with a global leader in partnership automation.
What You'll Do:

Research and develop vertical-specific email digest content that highlights top-performing affiliate programs and products tailored to marketer interests.

Stay up to date on industry trends, seasonal moments, and vertical-specific developments to ensure content remains timely, relevant, and high-impact.

Curate and present affiliate programs in a personalized, insights-driven way by leveraging performance data and publisher behavior.

Identify and monitor key affiliate marketers, influencers, and rising voices within targeted verticals to inform content strategy and deepen vertical expertise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digest content is accurate, aligned with broader initiatives, and ready for deployment.

Support the measurement and optimization of published content by assisting in tracking engagement and performance metrics.

Develop a foundational understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including how partnerships are structured and how vertical trends drive success.
What You Have:
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and tailored content
- Passion for or familiarity with one or more of the following verticals: Travel, Health, Lifestyle, Kids/Toys/Moms, Fitness, or Electronics
- Research-oriented mindset with a knack for digging into data, trends, and niche communities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity about affiliate marketing, e-commerce, influencer trends, and brand partnerships
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with content management systems or email platforms is a plus
- Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys both creative and analytical work
- A current student or a recent university graduate with a BA / BCom or other relevant qualification
