Job Responsibilities 岗位职责： 

• Responsible as the key liaison between sourcing, suppliers, legal and the customer, Collect and collate the latest compliance requirements, ensuring that overall specifications, Warning, label, regulatory requirements, and expectations are met for all purchased products. / 负责作为采购、供应商、法务和客户之间的主要联络人，收集和整理最新的合规要求，确保所有采购产品符合整体规格、警告、标签、法规要求和期望。
• Support new product development to ensure that product quality meets the required standards./支持新产品开发，确保产品质量符合要求的标准。
• Manage BOMs, technical sheet and related technical documents./管理BOM（物料清单）、技术规格表及相关技术文件。
• Coordinate and implement the sample testing and certification process, test failures analysis and follow up./协调并实施样品测试和认证流程，分析测试失败并跟进。
• Provide concise, complete, and accurate documentation results relative to area of responsibility, this refers to supporting certification and test status requirements defined by the regulations./就责任领域提供简明、完整和准确的文件结果，这涉及支持法规规定的认证和测试状态要求。
• Responsible for providing engineering and technical support for all applicable areas of product compliance./负责为产品合规的所有适用领域提供工程和技术支持。
• Collate and evaluate test process and result data to identify process improvement opportunities./整理和评估测试过程和结果数据，以确定流程改进机会。
• Work with Operational Excellence on process refinement and system upgrade for efficiency improvement./与运营卓越团队合作，对流程进行改进和系统升级，以提高效率。
• Assist Quality Engineering Manager to monitor, report and support of supplier quality metrics and performance improvement./协助质量工程经理监控、报告和支持供应商质量指标和绩效改进。

Qualifications: 任职要求: 

• Bachelor’s degree, Major in Engineering preferred./学士学位，工程专业优先。
• Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)./精通微软办公工具（Word、Excel、PPT）。
• Relevant PQE experience in multi-national companies, or 3rd-party lab experience at least 5 years./在跨国公司具有相关的PQE经验，或至少5年的第三方实验室经验。
• Knowledge of North American, EU/UK regulations and labeling related to children's products, food contact, electronics, textiles, etc./了解北美、欧盟/英国有关儿童产品、食品接触、电子、纺织品等的法规和标签。
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and production equipment./了解制造过程和生产设备。
• Excellent project management ability./出色的项目管理能力。
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interfacing with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal procurement groups./在与利益相关者、供应商和内部采购团队交流中具有出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
• Investigative with good problem solving and failure analysis skills./具有良好的调查、问题解决和故障分析能力。

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 137,433.09 to CNY 171,791.36. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
