InMobi is seeking a high-performing analyst to support its fast-paced inorganic growth agenda. The role provides hands-on exposure across M&A, capital raising, and strategic planning as InMobi continues to scale globally. 

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

• Support end-to-end capital raise processes - from initial outreach and engagement to due diligence coordination and deal documentation
• Assist in preparation of fundraising materials - pitch decks, financial models, data room content, and diligence packages
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape compelling narratives for investors, lenders, and the board level stakeholders
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support capital raising strategies

 

Strategic Planning & Corporate Finance

• Build financial forecasts and analytical models for evaluation of business performance and key decisions
• Assist in long-range planning, business reviews, and executive-level presentations
• Translate market insights, financials, and internal data into clear recommendations

 

Inorganic Growth & M&A

• Support deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution across acquisitions, investments, and partnerships
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, market and competitive assessments
• Support due diligence, deal documentation, and post-close execution

 

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, PE/VC, consulting, or corporate development
• Strong preference for candidates with investment banking analyst training
• Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills; ability to translate data into insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organized, collaborative, and willing to roll up sleeves
