About the Role

We are looking for Specialist-Accounts Payable to join the Finance team. You will work with Innovaccer’s Finance team to drive financial operations for the company.

A Day in the Life

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment and resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA.
• Review vendor agreements and ensure for other related form/Certificate like GST Reg Certificate/PAN/MSME Certificate and maintain the vendor master on real time basis.
• Review and validate basic requirements of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc and maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled based on the exception tracker.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and ensure correctness of accounting.
• Review and get the approval from the respective HODs before processing vendor payments and outstanding dues. Maintain the vendor tracker on a real time basis and make sure the payment is done within the due dates.
• AP related financial closing activities like maintaining AP ageing, vendor reconciliation and raising intercompany debit notes.
• Sound knowledge of internal controls and P2P processes. Knowledge of SOX compliance would be added advantage.
• Good knowledge about deduction of TDS and TDS Sections under which TDS is deducted.
• Adequate knowledge about GST
• Submission of AP related audit requirements
• Foreign payments and compliances related to foreign payments
• Familiar with Global AP process
• Coordinate with the advisory/audit firm in the preparation schedules and other related compliances. Liaising with the bank, assist in the budget/projection related thing.
  
  

What You Need

• 5-7 years of experience in India Accounts Payable in the industry/company. SaaS product or IT company is preferred.
• CA Inter/MBA(F)/Post-graduate or other equivalent qualification
