Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Interdependence
We are excited to announce that Interdependence is seeking a U.S.-based Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team remotely. As an SDR at Interdependence, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advancing your own career in sales.
Location: Remote in U.S and Canada
Salary Range: $50,000 - 60,000
Commission: $40,000 - $50,000
On Target Earnings Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Role Overview:
As an SDR at Interdependence, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients for the sales team. You will engage in new account outreach using cold calling, cold email, social selling, and other outbound prospecting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule qualified meetings with target accounts
- New Account Outreach: Cold calls, emails, and social selling
- Understand the market opportunity, ICP and Personas, and key issues that Precoro solves
- Record market data and insights discovered through cold outreach with target account
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Interdependence’s ideal outbound tactics, analytics, and feedback

Employment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience
- Live in North America (USA or Canada)
- Will not require citizen sponsorship
- Fits in to our salary, commission and OTE range.
- Nice to have: SDR or any kind of sales experience is a plus, but not required.
