POSITION OVERVIEW
ITS Logistics has an immediate opening for an Sr. Sales Executive at our office in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. This position reports to the President and is responsible developing new client relationships in the local Texas market, offering custom and out-of-the-box transportation solutions that exceed our customers’ needs, while delivering outstanding service.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
· This position will work closely with the customers to understand all business requirements and execute:
· Customer Set Up; credit checks, billing information, master orders, auto-calcs, Order Scheduler, etc.
· Facilitate billing audit to ensure correct billing
· Proactively solicit customers for new opportunities
· Independently develop new customer relationships
· Negotiate Rates
· Meet established Sales Targets
· Appointment Scheduling
· Ensure correct, timely reporting
· Establish internal / external KPI reporting
· Monthly Customer Status Reporting; MTD / YTD KPI’s, new business, downturns, etc.)
· Facilitate customer feedback surveys
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in the fields of Logistics, Business or Marketing
· Previous Sales experience preferred
· Previous Transportation experience preferred
· Presentation Skills required
· Excellent relationship building skills

· Growth and Sales Oriented
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent computer skills; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. TMS proficiency a plus.

· Evaluate existing processes; identify improvements and implement improved methods
· Strong work ethic
