All About the Position
The Logistics Fast Track Program offers a best-in-class training experience designed to develop highly skilled logistics professionals. Our Fast Trackers undergo extensive training as a Logistics Associate where we teach you the ins and outs of transportation including all aspects of the logistics and supply chain industry, shipment management, customer service and data integrity.  

During the program, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while learning how to leverage cutting-edge technology. Once graduated, you’ll be equipped to take on roles that involve negotiating rates, solving logistical challenges, and driving operational success.  After completing the program, you will join our team as a Logistics Sales Executive, selling shipments to carriers, negotiating rates, solving logistical challenges and driving operation success from point A to point B.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program to become a certified logistics professional.
  • Track shipments throughout their lifecycle, ensuring 100% visibility and timely updates for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by coordinating with customers and vendors, managing shipment status updates, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Source, vet and negotiate with carriers to facilitate the transportation of shipments for our customers.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining data integrity within logistics systems.
  • Participate in a competitive team environment, working closely with the team to drive success.
  • Maintain organized team documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrate high energy and clear communication, both with internal teams and customers.

 

All About the Requirements

  • No prior logistics or supply chain experience required; we will train you.
  • 0-8 years of professional experience preferred (entry-level position).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, we prioritize strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
  • Minimum one year of administrative or data entry experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, energetic attitude.
