Our Paving Group is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee daily construction project operations. This role will coordinate with project managers, supervise field crews, and ensure projects are completed safely and according to regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors
  • Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing
  • Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
  • Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues
  • Perform maintenance based on client work orders
  • Document daily work activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with paving/concrete
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and work in construction environments
  • May be exposed to extreme weather, noise, and dust

This position reports to the Branch/Project Manager and may include bonus eligibility and vehicle allowance.
