About the Role We are seeking experienced Concrete Foremen to lead earthwork operations on major infrastructure projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who have a proven track record in managing earthmoving operations, site development, and heavy equipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations
• Manage crew productivity and equipment utilization
• Coordinate with surveyors for grade checking and layout
• Maintain daily production reports and quantity tracking
• Lead safety meetings and maintain safe working conditions
• Coordinate with other trades and utilities on site

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in concrete operations (slab on grade, walls, elevated slabs)
• Experience with various types of heavy equipment
• Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Equipment operation experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Capable of accessing equipment and uneven terrain
• Standing, walking, and climbing as needed
