We are looking to hire an Oboarding/Orientation Co-Op for our Corporate People Operations team in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR, IT, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure accounts, equipment, and workspace access are ready.
  • Update onboarding checklists, presentations, guides, and internal resources.
  • Communicate weekly onboarding instructions & guidance to new team members, providing essential information and resources.
  • Guide new hires through required forms, policies, and procedures.
  • Process and support new hire onboarding through our HRMS. 
  • Support the completion and verification of Form I-9s and other employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing HR documents and maintaining HR databases and systems.
  • Assist with audits by organizing documentation, verifying records for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collect and organize onboarding feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or other closely related degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
