- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather and analyze data from marketing channels (email, social media, paid advertising, website traffic, etc.) to measure performance and identify trends.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer engagement, and campaign ROI, and present findings to the marketing team.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences in the luxury travel space to support campaign strategies.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist with the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, including digital channels like social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- CRM Assistance:
- Help manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems by analyzing customer data and supporting segmentation efforts to enhance marketing personalization.
- Content Collaboration:
- Provide insights from data to guide the development of content strategies and collaborate with the creative team to refine messaging based on analytics.
- Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis, marketing audits, and special projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for the luxury travel industry and an eagerness to learn.
- Previous internship experience in marketing or data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Interest in luxury travel and understanding of customer preferences in this sector.
