Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Procurement Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing rate adjustments by negotiating increases with our global partners for booked and contracted services. You will work closely with the Rate Entry and Product teams, as well as external partners, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in rate updates. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate rate increases with global DMC partners for booked and contracted services.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Rate Entry, Product, and Partner Relations, to facilitate seamless rate adjustments.
  • Manage and track rate negotiations using ServiceNow, Excel, and internal platforms.
  • Analyze rate changes, assess their impact, and ensure accurate entry into internal systems.
  • Prioritize and manage high-volume requests with urgency, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners to maintain strong relationships and resolve rate discrepancies.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in rate negotiations and data management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to analyze data and understand the broader business implications of rate changes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement or rate management platforms (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
