Essential Job Functions: |
Functions: • Identify, create, and apply manufacturing best practices and standards • Continually seek new manufacturing technology and processing methods that will improve the productivity, cost, quality, and agility of manufacturing • Develop robust, capable manufacturing processes for the machining of complex aerospace components • Develop new manufacturing processes and technologies where appropriate • Serve, when required, as the manufacturing engineering representative on cross-functional projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: |
· Must have the ability to maintain professional customer relationships to correspond with the specific customer’s needs. · Strong interpersonal skills · Ability to lead cross functional teams

Education and Experience: |
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or 5 years of applicable experience · Must be skilled in the use of 3-D CAD software, CNC Milling & Lathe programming and process development and programming, and GD&T · Must be skilled in CNC Programming
· Experience in Cutting Tool Design and Jig & Fixture Design for Production Equipment · Experience with Honeywell manufacturing methods is a plus · Root Cause and Corrective Action experience · CNC programming experience with CAMWorks is a plus
