Job Summary

Koddi is hiring a Strategy Lead to work alongside the President, Chief of Staff, and executive leadership team to advance the company’s most important strategic priorities. The role helps shape Koddi’s 2–3 year positioning, surfaces and evaluates new growth opportunities, and supports execution by turning strategy into clear, actionable initiatives.

This is a highly visible, execution oriented role that will operate at the center of leadership decision making, long-term planning and cross functional alignment. Success is measured by clarity of direction, quality of decisions, and strategic initiatives moving from idea to impact.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the President and executive leadership team
  • Help refine, pressure test, and extend Koddi’s corporate strategy
  • Define and sharpen Koddi’s 2 to 3 year positioning, including clear choices on where we will and will not play
  • Develop an independent point of view on market shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in commerce media
  • Identify, frame, size, and prioritize new growth opportunities across products, markets, partnerships, and business models
  • Translate strategic insights into clear, executable plans with defined sequencing and success metrics
  • Act as a bridge from strategy to execution, ensuring initiatives move from idea to action
  • Lead and own select strategic initiatives that expand Koddi’s future growth runway beyond the current roadmap
  • Track progress of strategic bets, surface risks and misalignment early, and recommend course corrections
  • Build high quality strategy artifacts including memos, frameworks, financial models, and board ready materials
  • Partner closely with Corporate Development to evaluate investments, acquisitions, and partnerships, including assessing strategic fit and long term value creation
  • Monitor external market and competitive signals and translate weak signals into actionable implications
  • Influence and align leaders across Product, GTM, Engineering, and Data Science without formal authority
  • Support board and leadership discussions with clear analysis, structured thinking, and concise recommendations

What You'll Bring

  • Top tier MBA or equivalent experience
  • Pre MBA operating experience in product, operations, corporate development, GTM, or a related function
  • Comfort owning outcomes, not just producing analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions using imperfect data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations
  • Strong judgment, business acumen, and structured thinking
  • Proven ability to earn trust and operate close to senior leaders
  • Ability to influence across teams without formal authority
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
