With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator(KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

 
[ABOUT THE ROLE]
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with 5 years of experience on contract. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the talent needs.
 
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pooling: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, and networking to source top talent and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide insights into talent availability, and execute the recruitment process.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
[REQUIREMENTS]
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a tech, gaming, or media environment.
  • BE, MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with recruitment tools (ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) and proficiency in using social media to attract talent.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities at once.
Note: This is a one-year contractual engagement, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on individual performance and organizational requirements.
