About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and supports company objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with deep Salesforce expertise and a passion for enabling user productivity and delivering business value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows, process builders, validation rules, and customizations.
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices and adoption.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
  • Lead and support Salesforce-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and implementations.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and process automation).
  • Proficiency in data management tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce modules.
  • Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other advanced Salesforce tools.
  • Familiarity with Territory Management and forecasting processes.
