- Curate employee stories and share wins that celebrate our people and values
- Create toolkits, templates to make participation easy and inclusive
- Other responsibilities:
- Monitor ERN health and engagement metrics, and create clear summaries
- Collect feedback, track trends, and recommend improvements. Develop and create written content to enhance employee experience. Present findings and recommended solutions to the leadership team to gain their support and approval.
- Manage external vendors to support cultural programs
- Assist with tracking budget use and spending planning
- Others being assigned/initiated
- Decision Making:
- Make decisions related to project/program execution, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation within budget. Higher-level approvals are required for those related to significant budget allocations, strategic shifts, or major collaborations that have substantial financial or long-term implications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications.
- 5-7 years of experience leading employee experience, employee engagement, communications, or program management roles.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, with the capacity to deliver program updates diplomatically and professionally.
