ABOUT LENDINGTREE
LendingTree is the nation’s leading online lending marketplace. We connect consumers with multiple lenders so they can easily compare options and find the right fit — from mortgages and personal loans to credit, savings, and insurance products.
Our founder, Doug Lebda, started LendingTree in 1996 after his own frustrating house-hunting experience. What began as a simple idea to make loan shopping easier has grown into a platform that empowers millions of people to make smarter financial decisions every day.
What else you should know:
- We’re a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: TREE).
- We’ve welcomed several other companies into the LendingTree family to expand our reach and capabilities.
- We’ve built the LendingTree app and My LendingTree dashboard to give consumers tools to manage and monitor their financial health.
- We’re also committed to giving back — through philanthropic programs, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships that strengthen the communities where we live and work.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our Engineering Operations team. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track and help our teams continuously improve how they work.
This role blends facilitation, project management, and systems thinking — balancing the structure needed for execution with the flexibility that agile work demands. You’ll guide multiple teams through planning and delivery, surface insights on team performance, and help shape how we scale effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for assigned teams (Scrum or Kanban).
- Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work through delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments that slow teams down.
- Build and share metrics that give visibility into progress, throughput, and outcomes.
- Coach teams on Agile principles to improve flow, predictability, and collaboration.
- Foster clear communication and alignment across Engineering and other functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 4+ years managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
- Proven experience leading web-based application projects or platform initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, or similar).
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and measuring team performance.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communicator who can distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Organized and adaptable — comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
- Analytical thinker with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and unflappable in fast-changing environments.
OUR CULTURE

We’re proud to offer generous benefits, wellness programs, and time-off policies designed to help you recharge, stay healthy, and bring your best self to work every day. And yes — we still have fun doing it (our “GSD – Get Stuff Done” award is a fan favorite!)
Come grow with us, make an impact, and be part of a company that truly cares about its people and its community.
