Job Description:
LG is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the LG NOVA team. This position will have the opportunity to create and build marketing strategies for LG NOVA’s new business ventures in healthtech, cleantech and artificial intelligence. The product marketing manager will be joining an experienced team of marketers across multiple disciplines.  In this role, the product marketing manager will work collaboratively with the marketing team and agencies to create, plan and execute go-to-market marketing strategies for the individual new ventures and their products launched at LG NOVA.

 

In this role, you will get to lead the strategic marketing process for various new ventures and products, in conjunction with their business leads and with the help of the Director of Marketing. The product marketing manager will be responsible for crafting marketing positioning statements & messages, product brand look and feel, building marketing materials- including data sheets, product presentations, and other collateral; go-to-market marketing strategies, and marketing plan execution. Strong writing skills, the ability to collaborate and clearly communicate and a keen focus on customer journey are key for this position, as well as the desire to be hands-on with all components of the marketing process. You’ll have the opportunity to lead multi-tiered marketing campaigns that include PR, advertising, content marketing, demand generation and social media, with the support of the internal marketing team and agencies. This is a growth opportunity for any marketer wanting to learn the in-and-outs of all aspects of marketing. Supporting your growth will be the Director of Marketing, world-class slate of marketing agencies and a strong, hardworking internal team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Product Marketing Manager at LG NOVA, working alongside business leaders and the marketing team you will be responsible for helping our new ventures build the marketing foundation for their businesses, starting with brand, product marketing materials, website creation, go to market strategies.  You help lead in the executing marketing campaigns with a focus on delivering on business goals for the new ventures and contributing to the success of the business. This is an individual contributor role that is hands-on. Professional skills and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

 

  • Create product marketing materials, collateral, presentations, sales enablement materials, sales kit, product and corporate positioning, branding and messaging
  • Working with sales, design the customer marketing journey, go to market plan and create marketing materials to support the customer / partner pipeline.
  • Generate marketing and communication materials to support the goals of the business including press materials, marketing campaign content – articles, emails, ads, web content and other public facing materials required as a part of the marketing execution plan
  • Create strong marketing strategy that supports the business’ go to market approach, focusing on the accomplishing the business objective in the most efficient and cost-effective matter, with a creativity flare and a strong storytelling, long-term brand building objective.
  • Work with multiple agencies as the extended marketing team to carryout marketing campaigns, including PR, advertising, creative, content and social media

 

Experience We’d Like You to Have:

  • BS in marketing, marketing administration, communication, public relations, marketing communications, business/economics or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in corporate marketing, media company/agency, F500, startups or consulting firms, post-undergraduate. Experience in working with startups and the startup ecosystem in technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a confident and clear communication style. Excellent documentation/copyediting skill.
  • Broad set of marketing and communication experience that spans B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and P2P markets. Business and solutions service marketing experience a plus.
  • Hands-on experience and skills in marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing automation, and communications.
  • Love for learning and using marketing software and tools, including CRM, Adobe Creative Cloud, project management tools, communications tools, cloud-based apps and software for online collaboration
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing, web, html and SEO
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Adobe Experience)
  • Experience in working with corporate and external stakeholders, ability to navigate and work across various teams – including sales, engineering, legal and executives.
  • Last but not least, entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action in highly ambiguous environments – enjoys making sense of white space

 

Preferences:

  • Broad understanding of technology and applications
  • Passion for new emerging technology and markets; such as healthtech, cleantech and AI

Recruiting Range

$120,000 - $177,000 USD
