The Opportunity:
LGEAI is seeking to hire a D2C Assistant Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing Parts and Accessories items with the SVC Parts & Sales Planning Team.
The position requires a professional able to grow LGEAI’s market share and achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on current and prospective accounts. You will be tasked with overseeing activities and performance by tracking sales goals, setting sales targets, and interacting with various departments within the company.
Responsibilities include direct engagement with customers, coordinating with internal sales account managers-teams, overseeing, and supporting forecasting, data analysis, and driving sales growth. Also includes coordinating with internal team members to ensure that customer expectations are met. The goal is to provide the highest quality service to our customers while controlling costs and meeting the expectations of the company.
The ideal candidate possesses strong innovative thinking, organization, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- External management of sourced vendors
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- OHI Preparation & Presentation – weekly forecasting cadence, inventory reporting analysis
- WBR/MBR Preparation & Presentation – executive level updates on weekly, monthly basis including revenue, profitability, forecast updates.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting on a variety of metrics and/or projects. Areas include sales and margin, order pipeline, customer agreements and business plans.
- Interdepartmental support
- Working with various groups within the company (Accounting, Quality and Engineering, Customer Service, Field Support, Tech Support, etc.) and provide informative and correct analysis of parts related business.
- Researching, monitoring, and reporting problems within various departments to determine root causes of issues and provide insightful information to management so that corrective actions can be taken.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business or related field.
- 5 or more years in sales
- Proficient in MS Office-Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work successfully in a fast paced, and rapidly changing, environment.
- Ability to travel 25%.
- This is an on-site position in Huntsville, Alabama Corp. Office
Recruiting Range
$80,000 - $95,000 USD
