About the Job

The Devices Team at Life360 is looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced sales professional with deep retail expertise, particularly within US large retailers and distributors. We are looking for someone ready to push boundaries, drive innovation, and grow our retail business. This role is your opportunity to transform retail, drive growth across major markets, and be a part of something game-changing. 

The US-based salary range for this position is $132,000 to $195,000, with additional eligibility for a commission plan based on performance outcomes. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Strategy Execution

  • Lead revenue growth across Amazon, U.S. distribution, enterprise, and national retail accounts.
  • Manage and expand account footprint through new account expansion, joint business plans, product launches, and sell-through strategy.
  • Meet and exceed both revenue and unit targets 
  • Negotiate contracts, promotions, and assortment expansion to drive long-term retail success.
  • Execute go-to-market and promotional plans across emerging and established sales channels.

Account & Channel Management

  • Build and maintain senior relationships across key accounts and national distributors.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from retail onboarding to replenishment, activation, and post-launch review.
  • Partner with buyers and category managers to align on revenue goals and drive channel expansion.
  • Ensure flawless execution across pricing, inventory planning, and merchandising readiness.
  • Build and nurture new business opportunities that create both short and long-term, strategic relationships to ensure goal alignment and business growth.
  • Partner with distributors and retailers to develop new executive business relationships that drive channel expansion. 
  • Engage professionally with retailer executive teams to align on growth objectives and strengthen collaboration

Retail & Digital Marketing Alignment

  • Support omni-channel retail marketing initiatives across Distribution and top U.S. retailers.
  • Align cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high-impact promotions and content optimization.
  • Track sell-through data and lead insights-driven enhancements to drive shopper engagement.
  • Support the execution and optimization of retail digital marketing and advertising strategies by coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive measurable omni-channel growth. 
  • Coordinate all elements of the sales cycle to enhance customer engagement, supporting product activation and subscription renewal efforts in collaboration with the broader marketing and sales teams.
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure customer-centric thinking is embedded throughout all touchpoints, contributing to stronger brand positioning, improved onboarding, and enhanced long-term retention efforts. 
  • Optimize retail digital marketing and advertising strategies, ensuring measurable sales growth through omni-channel activations, media placements, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Advocate for customers across every touchpoint to strengthen brand positioning, onboarding experiences, and long-term customer retention.

Collaboration & Insights

  • Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations to align execution of sales strategies. 
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure regional and global integration of business strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and use data to optimize performance, forecasting, and inventory.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including forecasting, trends, and inventory management. 
  • Use data-driven decision-making, leveraging market research and analytics to optimize business operations.
  • Be a strong executive presenter, advocating for strategies using case studies, financial insights, and data-driven principles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts, ensuring ongoing business optimization.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years managing national retail and distribution accounts end-to-end (e.g. Best Buy, Costco, Amazon, Ingram Micro, Synnex).
  • Proven success delivering growth, launching products, and driving in store execution across U.S. retail.
  • Strong forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data fluency and experience using performance insights to drive strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
