In this role, you will ensure Life360’s web presence is best-in-class for both attracting new customers and serving our existing members. You will collaboratively define the product strategy and execution for Life360.com – optimizing user journeys from first visit through sign-up, purchase of hardware products and subscriptions, and ongoing engagement. You’ll also lead the development of web-based features that integrate with our mobile apps (such as membership management and first-party billing flows), delivering solutions that are seamless, secure, and user-friendly. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Customer Support to develop and launch features that drive real impact for families and for the business. If you are passionate about building consumer web products that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and love working on both growth and user experience, this role is for you!

The US based salary range for this position is $139,000 to 204,500. The Canada-based salary range for this position is 163,500 to 192,500 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Web Product Roadmap: Define and drive the product roadmap for Life360.com and web-based features, aligning initiatives with company goals and member needs. You’ll prioritize a backlog of improvements, new features, and optimizations that enhance the website’s effectiveness as a growth and engagement channel.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and analysts to plan, build, and launch enhancements to Life360’s website and web ecosystem, from concept and design through to launch and iteration, delivering innovative solutions that elevate the user experience and drive conversion and retention

  • Partner Across Teams: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization – including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success – to ensure web initiatives are coordinated and support cross-functional campaigns and objectives. You’ll collaborate on growth campaigns, product launches, and other programs to maximize the impact of Life360.com in achieving business goals

  • Develop Web-Based Features for Our Members: Work closely with mobile product teams to develop and maintain web components that our mobile app users rely on, such as account management pages and subscription billing flows. Ensure these web experiences are seamless, secure, and provide a best-in-class user experience that complements our mobile app.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to continually improve the website. You will define success metrics for web features, monitor performance (e.g. traffic, conversion rates, funnel metrics), and identify opportunities for improvement. By leveraging A/B testing and user feedback, you’ll iterate quickly to optimize landing pages, signup flows, and other key touchpoints.

  • Champion the User: Bring a deep empathy for our users (families) and advocate for their needs in every web initiative. You will conduct or utilize user research and usability testing for web features, and ensure that we are delivering value to our members at every step. Ultimately, you’ll be the voice of the user for our web platform, ensuring that we build delightful, easy-to-use web experiences that keep families safe, connected, and engaged.

What We’re Looking For

  • Product Management Experience: 3–5 years of product management experience in consumer tech, with a significant focus on web-based commerce products or digital platforms. You have managed consumer-facing web stores and products through full lifecycles – from strategy and roadmap definition to execution and launch.

  • Customer-Focused & Data-Driven: Demonstrated ability to synthesize user needs and data insights into actionable product decisions. You prioritize based on impact and evidence, using web analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform your choices. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar is a plus

  • Track Record of Delivering Results: Proven success in driving growth or engagement outcomes through web product improvements. You can point to projects you’ve led that materially improved key metrics (e.g. sign-up conversion, checkout completion, retention) and delivered significant user value.

  • Web Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of web technologies and best practices for building modern, user-friendly websites. While you don’t need to be an engineer, you are comfortable discussing things like responsive design, CMS platforms, web analytics, site performance, and can work effectively with engineers on implementation details. Experience with e-commerce or subscription billing flows on the web is a requirement, and experience with platforms such as BigCommerce, Kibo, Magento, or Salesforce is a plus.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You’re adept at coordinating across different teams, getting everyone on the same page, and keeping leadership informed. You can clearly articulate product vision and requirements in writing and in person, inspiring others to execute on the strategy

  • Agility & Ownership: A self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and can juggle multiple priorities. You take ownership of challenges and drive projects forward with high intensity and high impact, rallying teams to deliver results.

  • Passion for Our Mission: A genuine enthusiasm for Life360’s mission and products. You care about building products that make families’ lives safer and easier, and that passion shows in your work. Form CC-305
Page 1 of 1
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
