We’re looking for a Art Director to join our Marketing team in Melbourne, working on global projects. You will be responsible for the creation of the creative assets for global marketing campaigns. It requires a blend of artistic vision, strategic thinking, and managerial skills to ensure that creative projects meet business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Establishing the visual direction for all marketing materials supporting the North American Hospitaity, EMEA Retail and APAC marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams and managing freelance contributors in a way that communicates feedback efficiently and gets the best out of all stakeholders.
- Execute major campaigns, which require advanced skills in concept development and brand storytelling
- Managing and supervising contracted and part-time designers, sharing best practices and contributing to their growth.
- Overseeing the execution of concepts across various media channels, ensuring supporting tactics deliver on performance objectives and elevate the brand at every touchpoint.
- Working independently, managing & meeting your own project deadlines.
- Proactively making recommendations, identifying opportunities for the team to improve both process and output.
- Adhering to brand guidelines to ensure global brand consistency.

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives, such as creating assets for internal company use.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for an experienced designer who has experience with the following:
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work
- An extensive background in multidisciplinary design work in a related field
- Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- An incredible eye for detail, with the ability to push work from good to great.
- You love the idea of being part of a global team and an open, inclusive and creative environment.
- You are a strong presenter and a confident storyteller who loves to see their ideas come to life and inspire others.
- Leadership and communication skills are essential, as senior designers often lead larger design initiatives and require motivated participation from their colleagues
- You thrive within a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
Nice to Haves;
- History of management or team lead status, or experience in the retail or restaurant industry
- The initiative to implement new AI technologies to help streamline design workflows
- Proficiency in related tools and production software, including but not limited to email builders, HTML, CSS.
