Product Marketing Manager - Consumer Monetization
Summary:
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead initiatives on the consumer side of our Monetization products. This role is pivotal in delivering meaningful user value while driving business growth, with a strong focus on transparency, user control, and trust. The ideal candidate will shape product direction, craft go-to-market strategies, and execute with precision across a diverse portfolio of consumer-facing features.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide product launches, enhance user journeys, and uncover growth opportunities—all while safeguarding user privacy.
- Champion the consumer perspective by ensuring clear communication, robust controls, and transparency in value exchange.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies that foster seamless user experiences and build trust across consumer channels, media, and policy stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy, Privacy, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships to deliver high-impact monetization features.
- Lead with confidence and agility on fast-paced projects, demonstrating sound judgment and flawless execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support key launches and announcements.
- Expand audience understanding, with a focus on demographic diversity and international markets.
- Identify emerging trends and product opportunities to inform long-term strategy and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments to solve strategic challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consumer-facing products, including collaboration with brand teams and agencies.
- Experience in technology, startups, or mobile app ecosystems.
- Familiarity with international markets and global audience engagement.
