UX Researcher II
We’re seeking a UX Researcher to join a pioneering team focused on developing next-generation smart glasses and wearable devices. In this role, you will design and conduct user experience research on prototype products, analyze data, and deliver insights to guide engineering and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ergonomic and human factors studies using methods such as experimental design, surveys, motion tracking, and comfort assessments.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers to inform product development.

Manage research projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to privacy, security, and safety protocols.

Analyze complex data sets and prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Oversee external research vendors to enhance study capabilities when necessary.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant human behavior or technical field (e.g., HCI, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, computer science).

Minimum of 2 years’ experience conducting UX research on innovative or prototype products.

Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams.

Proficiency in data analysis software such as Python, R, MATLAB, or equivalents.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field.

Experience researching AR/VR/MR or wearable technologies.

Background in prototyping or product development support.
