Policy & Protocol Audit Specialist
Summary
The Policy & Protocol Audit Specialist plays a critical role in upholding the integrity and compliance of UX Research policies and procedures. This position partners closely with Operations, UX Research, Legal, and Privacy teams to ensure that research activities meet all regulatory and business requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong ability to navigate complex workflows and foster cross-functional collaboration.
As a key member of the Global Research Operations team, the specialist will contribute to the development and refinement of audit processes and regulatory response systems. This role requires a full spectrum of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards of compliance across research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Research Operations team to monitor and support internal audit and regulatory response processes, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols
- Execute administrative tasks and contribute to new project initiatives that support operational goals
- Manage and improve audit and quality assurance workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline compliance systems
- Coordinate communications among internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate hand-offs throughout the audit process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within a technology-focused organization
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Proven ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and deliver results with consistency
- Experience in understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and proposing effective solutions
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining process documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a research operations role with a focus on compliance and regulatory oversight

Location: Remote (NYC preferred)
Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
