Marketing Manager
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive sales performance, and manage a high-performing marketing team. This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and executing marketing plans, and overseeing the implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of marketing staff; ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support business objectives, enhance productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecast financial requirements, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions to meet financial targets.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, assess competitive landscape, and define target market share.
- Enhance product visibility and profitability through packaging improvements, market analysis, and coordination of new product development.
- Analyze marketing data and trends to inform strategy and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support organizational goals by delivering high-quality marketing outcomes and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing management or a similar role preferred.

Location: United States (Remote, PST preferred)
Role type: Contract 8 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
