Producer, Brand Team
In this role, you are embedded within the Brand’s Content business unit and work cross-functionally within various teams and departments at Lucid. This Producer has a deep understanding of all aspects of production, post-production, creative development, and negotiation. The Producer is responsible for delivering brand content output to the highest standard supporting the brand’s core mission and DNA, from ideation to execution on time and on budget.

This role is located in Newark, CA
The Role:
- Produce video and motion content from concept to final deliverables, whether using in-house resources or outside production and agency partners.
- Bid, hire and manage production and post-production partners for assigned projects.
- Day-to-day management of multiple projects which may include social media /online and/or complex integrated campaigns through the entire project: planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap.
- Define project scope, including a budget, timeline, resources, and external costs.
- Ensures all deliverables are meeting stakeholder expectations, including adherence to established timelines, budgets, legal review, and ensure relevant guidelines are followed.
- Facilitates project-related team meetings, (ie: kickoffs and internal reviews)
- Collaborate and work alongside cross-functional teams and departments through a project’s lifecycle (from project brief through the delivery of the final product).
- Ability to understand, create and communicate business and functional requirements.
- Be stakeholder-facing and responsible for ensuring that project deliverables are prepared on time and meet all quality goals ahead of internal and creative reviews.
- Define project approach and resourcing needs with your manager
- Set expectations and manage schedules effectively yet in a flexible manner that shows solution-focused thinking, not just problem identification.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus time and technical constraints.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working on brand-centered projects.
- Experience working with external agencies, creators, and talents
- Solid experience in budgeting, crewing, and production logistics and protocols. Versed in all aspects of multimedia content production
- Skilled in managing a high volume of creative content
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- An understanding of the mix/balance of business, creative and technical work.
- Ability to think strategically and be able to execute methodically as well as remaining flexible and utilizing your creative problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mission-driven brands
- Portfolio of proven brand-defining short and long-form content
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$115,500 - $169,400 USD
