Vehicle Registration Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for registering vehicles to customers and visit/coordinate with police traffic authorities on a regular basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all the necessary documents are available prior registration
- Proceed with vehicle registration by adhering to company policies and procedures
- Handing over and transfer of custom cards to customers
- Visit Moroor (traffic authority) on regular basis
- Monitor plates stock and order when necessary to maintain operation
- Reflect all information and tasks on saleforce as per company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Coordinate closely with delivery planning to set priorities and timelines
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations especially with traffic department
- Call customers to guide them through the registration process & to settle violations if any
- Transfer of ownership of used vehicles from/to company and customers
Qualifications:
- Confident and well experienced individual
- High communication skills with high rank customers
- Previous contact with Moroor is a plus
- Driving license and 5+ years of driving experience is a must
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
