
Partnerships & Talent Marketing Intern
As an EU Partnerships & Talent Marketing Intern, you will support the Partnerships & Talent team in the coordination and execution of marketing collaborations across Europe. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, content creation, and experiential marketing within an international organization.
You will work closely with the Manager, Partnerships & Talent, as well as local market teams, contributing to day-to-day execution while learning how European marketing initiatives are planned, coordinated, and measured.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the coordination of marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and talent initiatives across European markets.
- Assist with onboarding partners, creators, and ambassadors, including basic asset coordination and documentation.
- Help ensure brand consistency across EU initiatives while supporting local market adaptations.
- Support content coordination across social, digital, and partner channels.
- Assist with maintaining content calendars and approval flows.
- Help gather performance data and support basic campaign reporting.
- Support event-based activations, launches, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Assist with coordination across teams (marketing, events, agencies).
- Support basic logistics coordination, including fleet and asset usage where needed.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Passionate about brand partnerships, sponsorships, and creator-led marketing.
- Interested in the automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or tech industries.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.
What You Bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset paired with attention to detail.
- Interest in influencer, creator, and ambassador ecosystems.
- Ability to collaborate across cultures and international teams.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or social media analytics.
- Understanding of EU markets and local cultural nuances.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
