
APAC Corporate New Logo Account Executive

Lucid isn't just another SaaS tool; we are the visual collaboration engine for the Fortune 500. As a Corporate New Logo Account Executive, you aren't just "selling software"—you are consulting with the most influential companies in the APAC region to solve their most complex problems. This is a high-visibility role designed for a sophisticated closer. You will own the full sales cycle for major corporate accounts, acting as the tip of the spear for Lucid’s expansion in the Australian and Asian markets. You'll get to partner with world-class Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to transition new wins into long-term enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt & Consult: Identify and break into high-value corporate accounts, navigating complex hierarchies to find the visionaries who need Lucid.
- Command the Room: Lead high-stakes, executive-level negotiations and demonstrations that articulate clear ROI and business transformation.
- Forecast with Precision: Treat your pipeline like a business, maintaining a data-driven and reliable forecast that reflects your strategic approach.
- Shape the Roadmap: Act as the "voice of the APAC market," feeding insights directly to our Product and Marketing teams to help influence our global strategy.
- Expand the Footprint: It’s not just about the first deal; it’s about the vision. You’ll strategically map out how to land and then set the stage for massive expansion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience (Account Executive or similar), preferably in tech/SaaS
- A verifiable track record of smashing quotas and being a top-performer in your previous organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in the Melbourne office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience closing high-level business in SaaS or evangelist sales environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo)
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with software contracts; formal sales training a plus
