People Operations Specialist
We’re seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our growing team to support various People programs and initiatives, including employee lifecycle and experience, benefits and compensation, and data management and reporting. We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player with a solid understanding of HR processes and tools, particularly when it comes to US-based employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee processes globally and specific to the US, including onboarding, I-9 verification, and immigration-related issues, according to applicable programs and guidelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on policies, LOAs, and procedures.
- Guide employees in understanding and applying corporate People Ops policies throughout all phases of the employee’s lifecycle.
- Provide professional administrative support to the business across various People Ops queries and processes, including supporting case management, reporting, updating employee records, etc.
- Continuously review People Ops programs, benefits, policies, and processes, and ensure documentation is up to date. Revamp all internal policies as needed to maintain compliance with legal regulations as they evolve.
- Assist in the development and communication of new policies and procedures, specifically as the company continues to build out its total rewards program.
- Work closely with the People Team, including HRBPs and Talent to align our People service delivery model with organizational goals and collaborate on cross-team projects.
- Coordinate with HRBPs for performance review cycle and post-termination activities, including the preparation of all necessary documentation.
- Support/Assist on any other ad-hoc projects and tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in People Operations.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competencies with MS Office/GSuite, HRIS, and payroll systems.
