Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging

What you’ll do:
- Develop & Own Pricing Strategy – Design and implement scalable pricing and packaging structures that align with our product complexity, market positioning, and business goals.
- Build Pricing Foundations – Establish core frameworks for pricing, including competitive benchmarking, segmentation, and discounting structures.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and GTM teams to ensure our pricing strategy supports growth, customer adoption, and long-term profitability.
- Experiment & Optimize – Launch and analyze pricing experiments (A/B testing, bundling, usage-based models, etc.) to continuously refine our approach.
- Support Sales & Customer Success – Equip teams with pricing guidance, enablement materials, and tools to drive deal velocity and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze Market & Competitive Trends – Monitor industry pricing shifts, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Define Pricing Operations & Infrastructure – Implement pricing tools, processes, and governance to support scalability and operational efficiency.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business operations, growth strategy, or similar roles at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting pricing research, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- A balance of strategic thinking and execution—excited to build from 0 to 1 while ensuring data-driven and impactful pricing decisions.
- Familiarity with different SaaS pricing models (subscription, usage-based, tiered, etc.) and a perspective on best practices.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence decisions across teams.
- Experience leading pricing strategy at a B2B SaaS company with a complex or technical product.
- Knowledge of behavioral economics and pricing psychology.
- Experience with pricing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Price Intelligently, etc.).
