  • Collect and organize supporting evidence (proof of infringement, documentation).
  • Coordinate with local partner law firms to conduct eligibility assessments.

3. U.S. Schedule-A and Civil Litigation Support

  • Identify and evaluate potential targets for legal action.

  • Monitor case progress and provide timely updates to customers.

4. Customs and Offline Enforcement – Korea

  • Coordinate cooperation opportunities and customs training with TIPA and Korean customs authorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers pursuing offline enforcement actions in Korea.
  • Work with private investigators/agencies on target identification, test purchases, product verification, and—when applicable—participate in offline raids.
  • Liaise with local police and enforcement agencies to support product verification requests.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, or related field.
  • Licensed to practice law in Korea or in the U.S.
  • Experience in IP enforcement, brand protection, compliance, or legal operations preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communications in Korean and English is a must.
  • Ability to manage cross-border cases and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

Nice to Have
