How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

We’re hiring a Head of Growth & Systems to architect, operate, and scale our global revenue engine.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for how pipeline is created, measured, optimized, and scaled across regions in deep partnership with Sales. You will own the revenue mechanics of marketing: funnel performance, SDR effectiveness, experimentation velocity, automation, and global scale.

What You’ll Achieve  

  • Own a team responsible for global pipeline generation targets and performance
  • Build and maintain the pipeline model (volume, conversion, velocity, cost)
  • Forecast impact of growth initiatives in partnership with Finance & Sales
  • Identify and eliminate funnel friction from first touch → closed won
  • Align with SDR team (inbound + outbound) to scale volume while maintaining quality quality, together with the enablement and product marketing team
  • Define segmentation, targeting, and outreach strategy
  • Partner with our Head of Demand Gen to design, run, and scale experiments across channels 
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure one source of truth
  • Work with the content team in scaling what works quickly across regions (North America & APAC) while deciding what gets paused or killed
  • Ensure regions execute against global strategy (not bespoke funnels), and use regional learnings to inform optimization

What Success Looks Like (12–18 months)

  • Predictable, scalable pipeline contribution from marketing
  • Clear, trusted pipeline forecasting used by leadership
  • Faster experiment → scale cycles
  • Improved CAC efficiency and pipeline per dollar
  • Strong trust and operating cadence with Sales leadership

 

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

  • 8–12+ years in growth, revenue, or demand leadership roles
  • Direct ownership of pipeline and revenue targets (not just influence)

  • Experience partnering with SDR teams
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS with an understanding of SLG / ABM motions into Enterprise
  • Proven ability to scale GTM motions across regions

Compensation and Benefits (For U.S. Residents Only)

MarqVision provides a competitive benefits package, including equity opportunities, health benefits, and other perks designed to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth. For roles based in the United States, the estimated base salary range for this role is $245,000-275,000 depending on experience and skills.
