Maven Clinic is seeking a Manager of Network Performance and Quality Assurance to join our team. This role will lead initiatives that enhance practice quality, ensure clinical rigor, and optimize provider network performance.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving organizational excellence by developing and managing performance improvement programs, fostering provider relationships, and aligning operational strategies with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

To make our mission a reality, your skills will:
- Own performance monitoring and feedback delivery for the provider network, including the identification of trends and delivery of process improvement initiatives that support a dynamic understanding of network performance at global and individual levels:
- Execute run-rate core provider performance work-streams including (but not limited to) provider service quality monitoring, clinical case review, pharmaceutical monitoring program, and continuous response to escalations/grievances
- Serve as responsible party for ensuring data quality, accurate reporting, and appropriate resolution of escalations
- Provide ongoing insights to leadership at a specified cadence and drive resulting quality improvement initiatives
- Support Practice Group leadership and cross functional partners in operationalizing effective provider care delivery:
- Represent provider network interests in cross-functional workgroups focusing on the development and delivery of foundational clinical workflows (eg, Medications for Menopause Management, Ovulation Induction Program, prescription policy)
- Serve as key point of contact for cross functional partners who support the administrative management of the provider network in areas such as:
- Product development
- Onboarding /credentialing
- Provider support
- Workforce forecasting and enablement
- Function as the administrative lead for provider knowledge management and training initiatives:
- Own ongoing maintenance of clinical policies and guidelines, including management of the provider resource library
- partner with cross functional teams to identify future guideline and policy needs.
- Manage provider resource library and ensure documents are maintained and reflect up-to-date information
- Work cross functionally to streamline provider facing materials and establish single source of truth
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in quality management in health system, payer, and/or healthcare start-up environment
- Analytic thinking skills and basic tooling capabilities - experience and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. to develop dashboards
- Demonstrated track record of success delivering on key elements of project management for projects/initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Experience and/or exposure working with clinical leadership on quality/operations teams managing quality analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging multiple sources of data to identify key insights and making recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Higher education credentialing in health systems management (MHA, MPH, MBA) and quality management
- Experience leading performance feedback discussions
For candidates in NYC, CA, or CO, the salary range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive stock options, and benefits.
