We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our Multicultural Marketing team! This specialty team will focus on PR, communications and influencer marketing to effectively reach and resonate with diverse consumer audiences, including but not limited to Black, Hispanic, AAPI, LGBTQIA+ communities.

As Senior Account Executive / Account Supervisor, Multicultural Marketing at M Booth, you will work closely with VP, Multicultural Marketing to help drive strategy and execute programming on some of our biggest and most exciting brands ranging from CPG, beauty, and retail to fitness, food & beverage, and spirits brands. You’ll project manage integrated programs, lead and inspire junior staffers; and, most importantly, work with very talented, collaborative, and inspiring teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as embed on a portfolio of major skin/personal care brands and consult on brands across the agency that need integrated multicultural marketing support  
  • Help craft strategies based on trends and insights that achieve brands’ multicultural marketing goals in a bold way and help with sell-in of this programming
  • Build and execute strategies for influencer campaigns that reach and resonate with multicultural audiences to achieve the clients’ objectives. Set KPIs, manage budgets, execute with excellence and spearhead reporting including analyzing results and identifying key learnings
  • Ideate and action creative concepts for multicultural campaigns and experiential moments that drive earned media and social
  • Produce influencer and press events including managing vendors, designing branded elements,developing messaging, and overseeing logistics.
  • Collaborate with agency partners including paid media, organic social, and shopper to optimize campaigns
  • Deliver excellent client service and account management
  • Counsel clients on cultural diversity and how brands can engage in authentic, relevant ways
  • Multitask across multiple initiatives while ensuring timeliness of deliverables and consistent client and internal communication
  • Continuously monitor for cultural and DEI trends that can help shape and inform client work

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ dedicated experience in multicultural marketing inclusive of PR and influencer; experience in beauty, CPG and working as part of an integrated agency team (IAT) a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking), a plus but not required
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator, creative thinker, and advanced writer 
  • Reliable industry relationships (media, influencers etc.)
  • Experience building client relationships and client comms

Nice to Have:

  • Experience and/or passion for beauty/CPG brands, specifically skincare
  • In touch with cultural and industry trends

Our Flexible Work Policy: 

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event. 

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
