Image Retoucher
What You’ll Do
- Create and refine high-quality images for web and print, ensuring photorealistic accuracy and consistency across our catalog.
- Navigate workflows using Photoshop, Illustrator, and existing CAD models in SolidWorks.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve image issues, improve processes, and maintain a smooth flow of work.
- Contribute to innovation by developing scripts, templates, or tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee and coordinate tasks across different workstreams to ensure work is completed on time and directed to the right place.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of professional experience in image retouching or digital imaging.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of raster and vector techniques.
- Experience preparing images for both print and web, including color correction, compositing, and scaling.
- Familiarity with workflow automation (e.g., actions, scripts) and working in a Windows environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in drawing/sketching and experience with CAD-based rendering.

Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from $124,000 - $143,000 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
