What You’ll Do

Create and refine high-quality images for web and print, ensuring photorealistic accuracy and consistency across our catalog.
Navigate workflows using Photoshop, Illustrator, and existing CAD models in SolidWorks.
Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve image issues, improve processes, and maintain a smooth flow of work.
Contribute to innovation by developing scripts, templates, or tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee and coordinate tasks across different workstreams to ensure work is completed on time and directed to the right place.

What We Look For

3+ years of professional experience in image retouching or digital imaging.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong understanding of raster and vector techniques.
Experience preparing images for both print and web, including color correction, compositing, and scaling.
Familiarity with workflow automation (e.g., actions, scripts) and working in a Windows environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have: Proficiency in drawing/sketching and experience with CAD-based rendering.

Cash Compensation

Total cash compensation ranges from $124,000 - $143,000 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
